Please extend helping hand

Dear Colleagues,

Many among us know that our fellow colleague Shri T.Sarath Babu, made a fervent appeal for help in a crisis situation.  We all agree on a point that medical reimbursement in our system does not cover all the expenses.  It is also known to all of us that full amounts are not given in advance.  Further, the medical urgency which our colleague is facing has components of financial crisis, emotional disturbance, treatment at the outstation, mental agony more than all a real struggle to survive from an unfortunate situation which no one of us doesn’t like even to enter our mind..

What can we do?.. is the simple question.  Many of us can not go and meet him to solace at this hour of crisis. No one of us can share the pain.  Lot many of us can even not call him…..but all of us can agree to do a little…

The little is a contribution…without thinking much…how much it is going help him.  But, we are sure that would be a benevolent reflex of our empathy!!

Therefore, in order to initiate such collection of contributions, this club had an emergency Executive Body Meeting on 16.03.12 and decided to mobilize contributions amongst, from all the employees, cadre-wise.  The proposed minimum contributions, are

All Group A                  -        Rs 1000/-
          Superintendents             -        Rs 800/-
          Inspectors                      -        Rs 500/-

Therefore, please give your consent to deduct the same from your pay and allowances for the month of March, by signing in the enclosure to the undertaking.  If any one wants to contribute more, they may please indicate the same against their names.  We earnestly expect that all would contribute…because it is for our colleague and his family..
